We
pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and our delivery
& shipping service is no exception.
We
offer same-day-dispatch for paid orders received, and paid before 2pm
(excluding weekends and public holidays).
It
is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at
time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to
re-send
the order to the correct address at our expense.
We
can provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels
(usually 2 - 4 working days) and while we make every effort to deliver
by this
time, all dates specified are estimates only.
It
is the responsibility of the customer to inform Dive Imports
Australia if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not
arrived
by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure
delivery
occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or
damage
resulting from late delivery.
Please
note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not
despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be
despatched
according to our discretion.
Without
limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein,
you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our
agreement,
and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without
limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein,
we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items
lost,
stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Refund
and Exchange Policy |
If
you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we
will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will

Change
of course commencement date may be requested
without additional charge within 5 days of agreed course
commencement
date. Course fees (less cost of training
materials/e-learning
passes) will be refunded only in instances where a failed
medical
certificate is presented prior to course commencement date.

vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase and are
non-refundable.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within
14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return
shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the
world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some
products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are
weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail
