We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and our delivery & shipping service is no exception.
We offer same-day-dispatch for paid orders received, and paid before 2pm (excluding weekends and public holidays) and is dependent on stock availability in store. Delays may occur if we need to order from a supplier. We will let you know if this is the case and what delay may be possible.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We can provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels (usually 2 - 4 working days) and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Dive Imports Australia if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. We will not refund for change of mind or incorrect purchase, instead a store credit will be applied. Change of course commencement date may be requested (Full fee courses only, a $100 change fee for all other courses) without additional charge within 5 days of agreed course commencement date. Course fees (less cost of training materials/e-learning passes) will be refunded only in instances where a failed medical certificate is presented prior to course commencement date.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Promotions and Competitions
Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to Dive Imports Australia promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms and conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.
Dive Imports Australia will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!

If paying via credit card and the purchase is over $500 we have a store policy where we will place a small refund back into your account for security purposes, to protect you as our customer and us from fraud. It may take 1-2 days to hit your account, if this is an inconvenience to you we do offer Pay Pal and Zip Money for those transactions.
This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

Our payment options available are endless, but most of importantly safe and secure. We offer Credit Card processing, and Paypal. Credit Card payments are made directly through EWay’s 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
